Do you accept walk-ins?

We operate by appointment only to ensure each animal receives adequate time and attention. However, if you have an urgent concern, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

Bring any vaccination records, information about current medications or health conditions, and details about your pet's typical behavior and routines.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend appointments. However, we often have availability within a few days for weekday sessions.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another pet owner. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Do you offer mobile services?

Currently, all services are provided at our Bristol facility. This ensures we have access to all necessary equipment and can maintain the calm environment our clients appreciate.

Can I stay during the appointment?

For most services, we find that pets are more relaxed without their owners present. However, we understand some situations require owner presence, and we're happy to accommodate that.

Free parking is available directly in front of our building. Additional street parking is available on Meadowbrook Lane and surrounding streets.

The nearest bus stop is Clifton Triangle, approximately 5 minutes walk. Routes 8, 9, and 505 stop here regularly.
