Built from experience, driven by compassion

forta-drift started with a simple observation: most pet care services treated animals like appointments, not individuals. We wanted to change that.

Pet care team

How we started

Three years ago, our founder brought her dog to a grooming appointment. The experience was rushed, impersonal, and stressful for both of them. Her dog, normally calm, became anxious whenever they passed that building again.

She started asking other pet owners about their experiences. The same patterns emerged. Long wait times. Generic treatment. Minimal communication. Animals treated as transactions.

That's when she decided to do something about it.

She brought together a small team of professionals who shared her frustration with the industry. People who had the qualifications but were tired of environments that prioritized volume over quality.

The goal was straightforward: create a place where pets receive individual attention, where owners feel informed and confident, and where no one is rushed through their appointment.

Pet care values

What guides our work

Individual care, not protocols

Every animal has different needs. A high-energy puppy requires a different approach than a senior cat. We adjust our methods based on the individual, not a standard procedure.

Honest communication

If we notice something concerning during a session, we tell you. If a service isn't necessary, we won't recommend it. Trust requires transparency.

Continuous improvement

Animal care practices evolve. Our team regularly participates in training and certification programs to stay current with new research and techniques.

Every member of our team holds relevant certifications and brings years of hands-on experience. More importantly, they genuinely care about the animals they work with.

Our approach to care

We believe that quality pet care requires time, attention, and expertise. That's why we limit the number of appointments we take each day.

When you bring your pet to us, they're not one of twenty animals being rushed through. They have our full attention for the entire session.

We also believe in education. Many behavioral or health issues can be prevented with the right knowledge. We take time to explain what we're doing and why, and we're always available to answer questions.

Our facility is designed to be calm and welcoming. We avoid harsh lighting, minimize loud noises, and create spaces where animals can feel comfortable.
